Our self-developed high tension mesh fabric is widely used in solar screen, mobiles phones cover screen and other high-end screen. Specification and mesh of polyester mesh; 80 mesh to 420 mesh, width from 115cm to 360cm, length can be customized. The white and yellow polyester mesh cloth is woven with high-precision polyester monofilament at the wellhead, with excellent dimensional stability, so that there will be no deviation during printing. The screen used for plate making shall be selected according to the printing pattern accuracy. The mesh number and thread diameter "mesh number" and "t number" respectively refer to the number of gaps in the length of 1 inch (about 2.54cm) and 1 cm. Therefore, the higher the printing accuracy, the higher the mesh number selected.
